hi,teflon,silicone spray,w-d-40 in my opinion evaporates too quickly,i use things like a few drops of 3in1 oil, mystery oil,clean motor oil even. usually afew drops left in any empty can is good, just dont over oil .can be messy as wind will blow it around .i've never had 1 break or freeze yet, kor,giro
